How we identify a team for your project?
By utilizing the favorable environment in China that presents a pool of technical talents and partnering with an excellent human resource provider, CTIT can start the project within 5 days for the work of a team less than 4 developers, 10 days for 5-10 developers.
For a project-based project, the development team consists of project manager, software architect, developer and tester.
For an ODC project, project manager and developers are the prerequisite for team identification.The members of the team are changeable until it is stable enough to provide consistently stable outsourcing services and meet your needs.

How to make a payment?
If we partner with you in an ODC cooperation mode, then mutually agreed fee will be paid by you monthly based on the cost of the dedicated human resources CTIT provides.
Project-based Projects as a rule start upon receipt of an advance payment of 30% of the total after the development/consulting contract is signed, and the left payment will be paid with each delivery.
