Models of establishing an ODC

Customer Managed ODC

Our ODC acts as a virtual extension of our client's development teams, which adopt the specific business practices, processes, methodologies, quality management, and professional technology in the light of the needs of the project. And the client will take charge of the management of the project.

CTIT Managed ODCOur ODC can manage the resources, infrastructures, projects and deliverables for our client who assigns the tasks to our offshore team. Our team will deploy all the processes including the development processes, testing and standards with our best practices. However, every stage of the project will be implemented exactly according to the client's requirements


Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) ODC
A dedicated ODC will be built and operated by us for a certain time as per the requirements from our client. After that time, the ODC will be transferred to the client when the client gets ready, and then the client will operate the ODC by themselves. We transfer all the ODC resources, infrastructure, operational knowledge, etc to the client as an independent entity.

Joint Venture ODCOur ODC is based on a "partnership spirit" with a long-term view. We and our client can set up the ODC from either side. This model is good for the development of both CTIT and the client.
